Shipping Policy
When you order an UltraFlex longboard you become our priority. We are still a smaller company and don't keep a large stock of pre-made, pre-painted decks on hand. As soon as your order comes in we begin the creation of your deck just for you. Once the deck is done it will be sent to the powdercoaters and be back in 2-3 business days. The day day we get your deck back from paint it will shipped out to you.
Return Shipping:
In the case of a return deck, the customer will pay the shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an issue on our end.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you need to return or exchange a deck, we aim to make it a painless and effortless process to right the wrong. If you have an issue with a deck you have purchased, please send us an email addressing the issue. We can than determine what the correct action is.
